Ⅴ. Proposals for the future of the old people's welfare

(ⅳ) Reasonable adjustment to the age limit system
2. Medical security
Institutional and more positive policy is preferable.
3. Other welfare services.
The policy which makes maintenance of "the support of the old by living together" possible is expected.
