Purpose: The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of the program with speech language pathologists develop human-centered supervision program for their therapeutic ability enhancement by measuring the level of development and level of response. Methods: The research subjects consisted of 13 participants for experiment group and 13 participants for control group, and the supervision program was implemented once a week for 150 minutes per session in the total of ten sessions. As for the analysis method, SPSS Ver. 22.0 statistics package was used, and for the purpose of verifying the program effect, the Wilcoxon rank-sum test was conducted to examine the pre- and post-score difference within the groups. Results: First, human-centered supervision program was developed, especially at the response styles, facilitatory response, structured response and nonfacilitatory response, based on for the ability enhancement of speech language pathologists. Second, the consultation skill, case comprehension, consultation plan and ethical attitude were significant increased on reactivity. Accordingly, this program was found to be effective in enhancing speech language pathologists" capabilities. Conclusion: Its significance can be found in the sense that it has cause the change in the attitude of perception of speech language pathologists from their pathologist-centered mindset to children-centered mindset by applying the human-centered supervision model.
