국문 초록 (Abstract)

2024년 아프리카의 이슈와 동향에 대한 함의지금 전 세계는 2020년 코로나 19 이후 고금리, 고유가, 식량위기, 기후위기로 발생한 경제 위기를 과감한 정책으로 극복하고 있다. 여기에 블루오션으로 아프리카가 주목을 받으면서, 아프리카는 전 세계 강대국들에게 전략적 가치가 있는 대륙으로 떠오르고 있다. 아프리카는 풍부한 자원을 보유하고 있는 곳으로 세계 각국이 자원의 획득을 위해 경쟁 중이며, 경쟁은 점점 더 심화될 것이다. 또한 인구 성장률이 높은 아프리카 대륙은 당분간 인구 증가의 대세를 주도하는 것은 물론 노동력의 공급 측면에서도 전 세계에 영향을 미칠 것으로 보인다. 이러한 배경에서 아프리카 국가들은 지속적이고 다양한 인프라 구축을 위해 노력하고 있다. 2024년, 우리는 아프리카 대륙의 혁신과 함께 동향을 예의주시하고, 아프리카 대륙에 새로운 미래가 오고 있음을 인식하여 과거의 선입견에서 벗어나야 할 것이다. 현재 전 세계의 인류 앞에는 경제보호주의, 경제 축소, 기후변화, 디지털 전환을 통한 새로운 시대적 과제가 놓여 있으며, 이는 아프리카 대륙도 예외가 아니다. 이 과제들을 해결하기 위해 정치·경제·사회·교육 시스템의 새 판을 짜야 할 시기가 되었고, 기독교계의 선교 방법도 다각화되어야만 한다. 이제 한국 정부와 기독교계는 아프리카 비즈니스와 선교사역을 위한 새로운 시대를 맞을 준비를 할 때가 되었다.

A Study on Implications for Issues and Trends in Africa in 2024 The world is currently experiencing an economic crisis caused by high interest rates, high oil prices, food crisis, and climate crisis since COVID-19 in 2020, and is implementing various bold policies to overcome it. In this situation, Africa has gained attention as a blue ocean, making it a continent of strategic value to global powers. Africa is rich in resources, and countries around the world are competing for them, and the competition is only getting more intense. The continent also has a high population growth rate, which is likely to drive the bulk of population growth for the foreseeable future, as well as influence the world in terms of labor supply. As a reflection of this, African countries are constantly striving to build diverse infrastructure. In 2024, we will need to keep an eye on the continent's innovations and trends, recognize that a new future is coming for the continent, and break free from the preconceptions of the past. The world is facing new challenges through economic protectionism, shrinking economies, climate change, and digital transformation, and the African continent is no exception. To meet these challenges, the political, economic, social, and educational systems need to be redesigned, and Christian communities need to diversify their mission methods. It is time for the Korean government and the Christian community to prepare for a new era of business and mission in Africa.
