부산, 울산, 경남지역 작업치료사의 작업기반 중재에 대한 인식 및 실행 : 조사연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 부산, 울산, 경남지역에서 근무하고 있는 작업치료사들의 작업기반 중재에 대한 인식도와 실행현황을 조사하는 것이다. 연구방법 : 부산, 울산, 경남지역의 작업치료사들에게 설문지를 배포하였고, 총 194명의 설문지를 분석하 였다. 설문지는 응답자의 일반적 특성 7문항, 작업기반 중재의 인식도 3문항, 작업기반 중재의 실행 9문 항, 총 19문항으로 구성되었다. 결과 : 작업치료사가 생각하는 작업기반 중재에 대한 정의는 ‘클라이언트가 작업을 스스로 인식하고 치료 에 관계하고 참여하는 것’, ‘클라이언트가 직접 선택한 작업 및 활동’, ‘작업을 평가와 중재로 활용하는 것’ 등이었다. 작업기반 중재에 대한 인식도는 평균 5.21점이었고, 작업에 대한 이해와 지식수준은 평균 4.98점이었다. 작업기반 중재의 실행정도는 하루 평균 10명 중 2.68명이었고, 아동센터와 지역사회기관 이 종합병원보다 높았다. 작업기반 중재를 시행하기 위해 자주 사용하는 평가도구는 인터뷰, 임상적 관 찰, 캐나다 작업수행 측정 등이었다. 국내 임상에서 작업기반 중재를 적용하기 위해 필요한 것은 치료실 의 구조 및 장비의 변화, 작업 및 작업기반 중재 관련 지식수준 및 활용방법 이해의 증가, 클라이언트 및 보호자의 작업에 대한 이해도 증가 등이었다. 결론 : 부산, 울산, 경남지역 작업치료사의 작업기반 중재의 인식도는 중간 정도의 수준이며, 실행 정도는 낮았다. 대상자들이 생각하는 작업기반 중재에 대한 정의, 사용하는 평가도구, 실행현황에 대한 다양한 정보를 확인할 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Objective: The purpose of this study is to determine the perception and implementation status of Occupation-Based Practice (OBP) for occupational therapists working in the Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam areas. Method: Occupational therapists in the Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam areas responded to a questionnaire in which a total of 194 questionnaires were analyzed. Result: The definition of OBP from the occupational therapists point of view included the client’s self-awareness of occupation and participation during intervention, the occupation and activities chosen by the clients themselves, and the use of occupation as an evaluation and intervention method. The perception of OBP showed a mean value of 5.21, whereas occupational understanding and knowledge resulted in a mean score of 4.98. The frequency of application of OBP showed a mean value of 2.68 out of 10 each day. Assessment tools often used to implement OBP include interviews, clinical observations, and the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM). Conclusion: Occupational therapists in the Busan, Ulsan and Gyeongnam areas showed a moderate level of awareness of OBP, and a low level of implementation.
