Scorecard를 이용한 의약산업의 SCM 역량 평가 및 추진 전략 연구 = Capability Evaluation and Driving Strategy on Supply Chain Management of Pharmaceutical and Its Distribution Industries

국문 초록 (Abstract)

연구주제: 본 논문에서는 국내 제약회사와 유통업체를 포괄한 의약산업의 유통체계상 문제 점을 분석하고 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 공급사슬관리 (Supply Chain Management. SCM)의 전략적 도입 방안을 소개하였다.
연구방법. 주요 공급사슬인 제약회사와 유통업체의 SCM 역량 평가를 위하여 국제 SCM S책ecard 를 이용한 자기기입식 우편 설문조사를 실시하였으며 두 부문간 역량 차이를 비교하 위하여 t-검정법을 활용하였다,
연구결과: 전반적으로 우리나라 의약산업의 SCM 추진 역량 중 공급관리 역량은 타 영역에 비해 상대적으로 앞서 있으나 기반기술 역량은 상대적으로 크게 낙후되어 있음을 볼 수 있어 향후 의약산업의 유통 역량 강화를 위해 기반기술 역량 강화에 대한 투자 확대가 보다 시급하다.
연구의 공헌 및 연구방향: SCM의 효과적 도업을 위해서는 공급사슬상에 존재하는 기업간 에 비슷한 역량을 보유해야 하므로 공통 기준에 의한 역량 평가를 실시함에 연구의 의의가 있다. 향후 연구에서는 공급사슬상에 주요 단위인 의료기관을 포함함이 필요하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The objective of this paper is to analyze supply chain management(SCM) capability of pharmaceutical and Its distribution industries and to provide SCM building schemes aimed at integrated management of supply chain of the pharmaceutical goods.
For evaluating the capability of SCM, we analyze demand management, supply management, enablers, and integrators. The major results are as follows. The overall driving capabilities of SCM of Korean pharmaceutical and Its distribution industries are evaluated at the score 621.6 and 615.0, respectively. They account for 38 9 percent and 38.4 percent on the level of a target value 1600 as of 2001. Among five categories, supply management capability has relatively more driving one than other categories. Whereas, the scores of enablers shows the lowest level, 29.9 percent for pharmaceutical industry and 29.0 percent for its distribution industry. After breaking the 5 categories into 13 specific factors, we find that the standardization of information and communication, and e-business are of the lowest capability.
