지역대학 교양수업의 운영여건과 학습성과가 교양교육 만족도에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Operating Conditions and Learning Outcomes of Liberal Arts Classes on the Satisfaction of Liberal Arts Education in Regional University

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 지역 대학교 교양수업의 운영여건과 학습성과가 이들의 교양교육 만족도에 얼마나 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해서 부산지역 D대학교의 2023학년도 대학교육 만족도 조사에 응답한 3,157명의 자료를 활용하였다. 독립변수인 운영여건은 개설환경의 양호함과 수업구성의 적절성을 포함하고 있으며, 학습성과는 교양교육을 통해 성취되길 기대하는 6개 핵심역량으로 구성되어 있다. 이들 요인이 교양교육 만족도에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 분석한 결과, 교양수업의 운영여건과 학습성과 모두 유의한 설명력을 가지고 있으며, 70%의 설명력이 있는 것으로 나타나 두 요인 모두 교양교육 만족도를 설명하는 강력한 요소임이 확인되었다. 특히 학습성과의 영향력이 상대적으로 높게 나타나 교양수업을 통한 핵심역량의 함양이 교양교육 만족도를 변화시키는 중요한 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent to which the operating conditions and learning outcomes of liberal arts classes at universities affect their satisfaction with liberal arts education in regional university. For this purpose, researchers used data from 3,157 students who responded to the 2023 university education satisfaction survey of D-university. The operating conditions, which are independent variable, include the goodness of the educational environment and the appropriateness of the class, and the learning outcomes consist of six core competencies that are expected to be achieved through liberal arts education. As a result of analyzing the relative influence of these factors on the satisfaction of liberal arts education, both the operating conditions and learning outcomes of liberal arts classes have significant explanatory power, and seventy percent of them have explanatory power, confirming that both factors are significant in explaining the satisfaction of liberal arts education. In particular, the influence of the six core competencies is relatively high, confirming that the learning outcomes through liberal arts classes are an important factor that changes the satisfaction of liberal arts education.
