驛勢圈內 公共業務施設이 있는 地下鐵驛의 空間計劃에 關한 硏究 : 果川 地下鐵驛 計劃案 提案을 中心으로 = (A) Study on the Planning of the Subway Station which have Governmental Office Building within Sphere of it's Influence

국문 초록 (Abstract)

기존 한국의 地下鐵驛 硏究는 주로 시공방법가 구조계산에 관한 硏究로 치우친 경향이 있었다.
그러나 國內 技術이 蓄積되면서 사람들의 生活空間인 地下鐵驛 空間에 대한 建築的 空間側面에서의 硏究가 要求되어지고 있다.
이에 本 硏究는 역세권(500M)내 公共業務施設이 있는 旣存 地下鐵驛 計劃의 事例로부터 역사의 특성에 따른 공간계획상 고려되어야 할 事項및 空間의 特性과 問題點을 糾明하고, 더 나아가 內部 環境施設의 合理的인 配置計劃과 改善方案을 提示함을 基本 目的으로 하였다.
이에 本 硏究의 進行過程은 다음과 같다.
첫째; 지하철역에 대한 一般的 考察을 하였다.
둘째; 기존 지하철역 중 1차 역세권(500M)내에 공공업무시설이 있는 역을 事例 硏究對象으로 삼아 調査, 現況을 把握하였다.
세째; 分析을 통하여 共通點, 特異性및 問題點을 把握하였다.
네째; 實際 對象地를 果川驛 計劃地로 選定하여 구체적인 地下鐵驛 空間計劃案을 提示함으로써, 하나의 例를 提示하였다.
이와 같은 연구과정을 통하여 다음과 같은 結論을 流出하였다.
우선, 一般 地下鐵驛 空間計劃의 提案으로는 다음과 같다.
1) 空間的 側面으로는 에스컬레이터와 移動步道를 階段과 함께 地下鐵 入口에서부터 竝行 設置하며, 곳곳에 開放(Opening)을 하여 垂直的 連繫性을 갖도록 한다. 또한 지하철역의 天井을 높이고 動線의 결절점에는 開放을 하거나 썬쿤 플라자(Sunken Plaza)등의 計劃을 한다.
다양한 休憩施設을 마련하기 위하여 커피숍, 街路公園, 舞臺(Stage)및 가벽 등을 計劃한다.
2) 計劃的 側面으로는 出入口를 周邊建物內및 空地에 設置하며, 橫斷步道의 機能과 役務機能및 乘·下車 機能의 空間을 分離한다.
賣票所와 改·集票所의 待機空間을 적정규모로 산출하고 他 交通手段과 連結을 꾀한다. 또한 지하내 연계성을 부여하기 위한 일환으로 周邊建物의 地下層과 地下鐵驛 空間을 連結시킨다.
3) 內部 環境的 側面으로는 內部 環境施設物을 群으로 配置하며 동선의 결절점이나 중요한 곳의 天井, 壁과 바닥의 패턴을 달리 計劃한다. 또한 지하에도 自然的 要素, 가벽, 기둥, 街路燈 등을 配置하며 일률적 조명보다는 重要한 施設物들에는 局部照明을 한다.
특히, 驛勢圈內 公共業務施設이 있는 地下鐵驛의 計劃에 있어서는 다음과 같은 提案을 提示한다.
1) 公共業務施設과 關聯된 商街를 配置한다.
2) 플라자(Plaza)나 情報센타를 마련한다.
3) 民願室과 같은 業務代行 서비스 場所를 마련한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The existing study of the subway station have the tendency that it is mainly about execution method and structural calculation. But, as accumulating domestic technique it is required too study subway space as life space of people in the view of architectural space.
So, it is the aim of this study to examine closely matters to consider in planning of space under consideration of the characteristics of station which is revealed from examples of plans of existing subway stations. In addition, it is the aim to present reasonable plan and improvement layout plan about interior enviornmental facilities.
The process of this study is as follows;
The first: The general study about subway station.
The second: Examination of the existing subway stations that have governmental office buildings within the first sphere of it's influence(500M)
The third: Understanding common elements, characteristics and problems by analysis.
The forth: This study presented concrete plan about subway station space by selecting Kwa-Chun where is planning it's station as actual object.
This study reached a conclusion as follows:
At first, suggestion on space planning of the general subway station is like that.
1) In space aspect, escalator and moving path-way should be set up with stair at entrance and the ceiling of the subway station should be lifted high. And also, in the node point of flow line, it's space should be opened vertically and horizentally, or sunken plaza should be planned.
For various rest space, it should have coffee-shop, street park, stage and spurious wall.
2) In the aspect of planning, entrance should be set up inside circumferential building or vacant ground. And space of a pedestrians' crossing should be □ from spaces of service and getting on and off subway. And also, waitting place such as ticket window and tichetting gate should be calculated in resonable volume and we should consider linking to other means of transporation. And as a means for linking of underground, space of subway station should be linked with basement floor of circumferential buildings.
3) in the aspect of interior enviornment, interior environmental facilities should be layed out gregariously and the patterns of the ceiling, wall and floor of node point of flow line or important place are designed in distinction from the others. And we should set natural element, column. street light in the subway and the undergroud. At the important facilities, we should set local lighting than general lighting.
Especially, in planning of the subway station which have governmental office building within the sphere of it's influence, this study suggests the followings.
1) Commercial district concerned with governmental business building should be layed out.
2) Plaza or information center should be planned.
3) We should plan service place such as a window.
