Software requirements are agreed upon after quantifying the work, cost, and duration of a software development project and serve as a contract. It is an essential item for software development because it is derived by understanding the specifications and expectations of the product that both parties, the developer and the customer, want to develop. Most software completeness disputes arise mainly from functional differences between the developer and the customer about the final delivered product.
Accordingly, the current software completeness appraisal verifies that the customer's requirements included in the contract are implemented and operated properly. As it is necessary to identify the source of responsibility that causes the dispute, it is very important to examine whether the role of the client as a project participant has been sufficiently fulfilled and complete requirements have been provided. In this paper, we look at the completeness evaluation method of requirements specification and discuss the possibility of using it in software completeness evaluation through the problems of requirements specification revealed in the case of job portal site completeness appraisal.
