Unilateral Macromastia is relatively uncommon during the first decade of life, particulary in oriental virgin, but when it does occur it can have a profound physical and psychological effect. The usual cause of this extreme breast growth is an end organ hypersenstivity to normal female hormon levels.
This is a case of unilateral macromustia in 22-year-old oriental virgin. The method of treatment was modified Strombeck's reduction mammaplasty.
