아동용 참여평가도구 한글판 Life Habits Assessment(LIFE-H 1.0)의 타당도 연구 = A Study on Validity of the Korean Version of the Assessment of Life Habits (LIFE-H 1.0) in Children

국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적: 아동 발달의 핵심적인 요소인 참여를 평가하고 참여의 특징을 이해하는 것은 아동의 치료목표를 설정
하고 참여를 강화시키는데 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 아동용 참여평가도구 한글판 LIFE-H 1.0의 타
당도를 검증하여 국내 작업치료사들이 아동의 참여를 체계적으로 평가할 수 있도록 하고자 한다.
연구방법: 본 연구는 장애 및 비장애 아동 총 47명을 대상으로 2016년 2월부터 4월까지 약 2개월간 진행
되었다. 아동의 부모를 대상으로 0-4세와 5-13세 아동에 따라 문항이 다른 한글판 Life Habits
Assessment(LIFE-H 1.0)를 자가 보고식 설문으로 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS(Statistical Package for
Social Science) 통계분석 프로그램을 이용하여 판별타당도를 검증하였다.
결과: 일반적 특성에 관한 동질성 검증에서는 두 집단 간 차이를 보이지 않았으며, 0-4세 및 5-13세로 나
누어 장애 유무에 따른 두 집단 간 점수를 비교한 결과, LIFE-H 1.0 수행도 및 만족도의 총점에서 유의
미한 차이(P<.05)가 발생하여 높은 판별타당도가 검증되었다.
결론: 한글판 LIFE-H 1.0은 장애 유무에 따른 참여의 차이를 분명하게 판별할 수 있는 참여평가도구다.
아동작업치료의 궁극적 목표는 신체 기능이나 능력 향상을 넘어 일상생활 및 사회에의 참여를 증진시
키는 것이다. 따라서 작업치료사는 아동의 참여 수준을 정확히 평가하고 치료목표를 설정하여야 한다.
본 연구를 통해 높은 수준의 타당도가 검증된 만큼 작업치료 임상 현장과 연구에서 한글판 LIFE-H 1.0
평가도구가 널리 활용되기를 기대한다.
