      국문 초록 (Abstract)

      본 연구의 목적은 태권도장의 지도자 고용실태를 조사 분석하여 태권도장의 지도자 근무환경에 대한 문제점을 찾아 개선하고 태권도 지도자들에게 취업을 준비하는데 필요한 정보를 제공함은 물론 태권도 지도자들을 교육하는 여러 기관에게도 현장지도 교육과정의 참고자료가 될 수 있도록 하는데 있다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기지역의 태권도장에서 근무하고 있는 지도자들 중 230명을 선정하여 조사한 설문지내용은 첫째, 조사 대상자의 인구통계학적 특성 8문항 둘째, 근무도장의 시설 및 근무형태 8문항이며 셋째, 근무도장의 근무조건 8문항 총 24문항 이였다. 수집된 자료는 통계기법으로 빈도분석을 실시하여 교차분석을 사용하였다. 이와 같은 절차를 거쳐 도출된 분석결과는 다음과 같다.
      첫째, 태권도장에서 근무하는 지도자의 일반적인 특성은 남자가 207명으로 90%로 나타났고, 여자는 23명 10%로가 나타났다. 연령에 따라서 살펴보면 만25∼31세가 65.7%로 가장 많았고, 결혼여부는 미혼자가 75.7%로 나타났고, 학력은 전문대졸이 36.5%로 가장 많았고, 4년제 대학졸업 33.5%, 고졸 15.7%, 4년제 대학재학 7.8%, 전문대 재학 6.1% 순으로 나타났으며, 보유한 자격증은 사범자격증과 생활체육지도자 자격증 모두를 갖고 있는 응답자는 51.3%로 가장 많았고, 사범자격증을 갖고 있는 응답자 21.3%, 자격증 준비 중 17% 순으로 나타났다.
      둘째, 근무도장의 규모 및 근무형태는 전체적으로 태권도장내 수련장이 1개인 도장이 80%로 가장 많았고, 지도자수는 도장경영자(관장)포함해 전체적으로 2명이 56.3%로 가장 많았다. 또한 지도자의 근무형태로 직책은 정 사범이 68.9%로 나타났고, 보조사범이 31.1%로 나타났으며, 도장에 입사한 경로는 인맥이 62.2%로 가장 많았고, 모집광고, 학교정보, 기타의 순으로 나타났다. 주요업무는 전체지도가 70.4%로 가장 많았고, 유급자, 특성반, 유단자 순으로 나타났다. 수련생 지도 이외 추가업무는 차량운행이 가장 비율이 높았고, 청소, 교육프로그램 작성, 입관상담, 승단심사인솔, 기타, 도장홍보, 교육비관리 순으로 나타났다.
      셋째, 도장에서 지도자의 근무조건으로 월 급여액은 81∼110만원이 34.9%가 가장 높게 나타났고, 111∼140만원 31.9%, 141∼170만원 19.7%, 51∼80만원 7.4% 순으로 나타났다. 첫 월급여액은 81∼110만원이 49.6% 가장 많았고, 111∼140만원 23.2%, 51∼80만원 16.2% 순으로 나타났다. 월급여액 결정의 주요기준은 근무시간에 비례가 가장 많았고, 모든 업무, 수련생 수, 업무 추가 순으로 나타났다. 1일 총 근무시간은 8∼9시간이 68.7%로 가장 많았고, 10시간, 6∼7시간, 시간제 순으로 나타났다. 출근시간은 오전 11시∼오후1시전이 69.4%로 가장 많았고, 오전9시∼11시전, 오후1시∼오후3시전, 오후 3시 이후 순으로 나타났다. 퇴근시간은 오후9시가 54.6%로 가장 많았고, 오후10시, 오후 8시 순으로 나타났다. 보험가입여부는 미가입이 38.3%로 가장 많았고, 잘 모름 33%, 가입 28.7% 순으로 나타났다. 퇴직금 여부는 없다가 64.8%로 가장 많았고, 잘 모름 32.2%, 없다(시간제) 1.7%, 있다 1.3% 순으로 나타났다.

      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      This study aims at providing necessary information with which one can find problems about working environment of Taekwondo halls' instructors and improve them, and Taekwondo instructors can prepare their employment, moreover which diverse institutions that train Taekwondo instructors can refer to for their field training curriculum, through surveying and analysing the actual status of Taekwondo halls' employment of instructors. For this purpose, this study conducted a questionnaire survey of 230 Taekwondo instructors among those who were working at Taekwondo halls in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do area. The questions of the survey were 24 questions in total; first, 8 questions about the subjects' demographic characteristics, second, 8 questions about the working halls' facilities and working types, and third, the halls' working conditions. The collected data was made a frequency analysis using a statistical technique and then processed a crosstabs. Through this process, the following results were derived.
      First, as the general characteristics of the instructors working at Taekwondo halls, it was found that the male instructors were 207 persons(90%), and the female were 23 persons(10%). According to the age, the subjects with 25∼31 full years of age were most as 65.7%, as the marital status, the unmarried were found to be 75.7%, and as the educational background, the subjects with college graduation were most as 36.5%, then the subjects with university graduation(33.5%), with high school graduation(15.7%), with being in university(7.8%), and with being in college(6.1%) were followed. In addition, as their acquired qualification certificates, the respondents with both a instructor's certificate and the instructor's certificate of sport for all were most as 51.3%, and the respondents with instructor's certificates(21.3%) and with preparing to obtain certificates(17%) were found to be followed.
      Second, as the working halls' scale and working types, overall, the Taekwondo halls with one training hall were most as 80%, as the number of instructors, generally halls with 2 persons including the hall manger(the director) were most as 56.3%. In addition, as the instructors working types, the regular instructors were found to be 68.9%, and the assistant instructors were found to be 31.1%, and as the route of entering the hall, the cases entering through personal networking were most as 62.2%, and through recruiting advertisement, through information from the university(college), and others were followed. As their main duties, overall instruction was most as 70.4%, and instruction of Geup obtainers, instruction of speciality aptitude classes, and instruction of Dan obtainers were followed next. As the additional duties except instruction of students, the rate of driving the hall's vehicle was highest, and then cleaning of the hall, designing instruction program, counsel about students' hall entrance, leading students for Dan promotion tests, others, hall promotion, and management of instruction fees were followed.
      Third, about the instructors working conditions at the halls, as the monthly pay, 810∼1,100 thousand won of pay showed highest rate as 34.9%, and 1,410∼1,700 thousand won(19.7%), and 510∼800 thousand won(7.4%) were followed. As the initial month's pay, 810∼1,100 thousand won of pay was most as 49.6%, and 1,110∼1,400 thousand won, and 510∼800 thousand won were found to be followed. As the main standards for deciding the amount of monthly pay, decision in proportion to the instructors working hours was most, and in proportion to all duties, the number of students, and additional duties were followed. As the total working hours in a day, 8∼9 working hours were most as 68.7%, and 10 working hours, and flexible working hours were followed. As the time to attend the hall, 11a.m.∼before 1p.m. was most, and 9a.m.∼before 11a.m., 1p.m.∼before 3p.m., and after 3p.m. were followed. As whether or not the instructors were given insurances, no insurance was most as 38.3%, not to know well about that(33%), and to be given insurances(28.7%) were followed. As the retirement pay, no retirement pay was most as 64.8%, not to know well about that(32.2%), no retirement pay(for flexible timers)(1.7%), and 'there is retirement pay'(1.3%) were followed.
