비대면 온라인 수업 환경에서 간호대학생의 비판적 사고, 셀프리더십이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 = Influence of Self-Leadership, Critical Thinking on Self-efficacy of Nursing Students in Online learning

국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적 본 연구는 비대면 온라인 수업을 경험한 간호대학생의 비판적 사고, 셀프리더십이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 실시되었다.
방법 본 연구 대상자는 D시의 간호대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생 215명을 대상으로 자료수집은 2021년 9월 1일부터 10월 31일까지 실시되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0 program을 이용하여 서술통계, 독립표본 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다.
결과 비대면 온라인 수업 환경에서 간호대학생의 자기효능감에 비판적 사고(β=0.48, p=.001), 셀프리더십(β=0.44, p=.021)이 영향을 미치는 유의한 변수로 나타났으며, 이 변수들은 간호대학생의 자기효능감을 41.4% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다.
결론 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 비대면 온라인 수업 시 간호대학생이 능동적 학습활동의 주체로 나아가는 방안을 마련하기 위한 셀프리더십과 비판적 사고를 향상시키는 방안 및 온라인 수업방법 개발의 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Objectives This study examined the influence of self-leadership and critical thinking disposition on the self-efficacy of nursing students.
Methods The research subjects were 215 nursing students in D city. The data analyzed by an independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and Hierarchical multiple regression using the IBM SPSS/Win 25.0 program.
Results The results showed that critical thinking disposition was 3.39, self-leadership was 3.58, and self-efficacy was 3.83. The self-efficacy has positive correlations with self-leadership and critical thinking disposition. Critical thinking disposition(β=.0.48, p=.001), self-leadership(β=0.44, p=.021), explained 41.4% of total variance of self-efficacy of nursing students.
Conclusions In order to increase self-efficacy in nursing students, it is necessary to develop a specific strategy to improve self-leadership and critical thinking to develop various activities and programs to immerse students in learning.
