시뮬레이션 사전학습 동영상 교육매체 개발 및 적용 = Development and Application of Video-Audio Media for Prior Learning Simulation: focusing on neonatal respiratory distress syndrome nursing

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 일개 간호대학 3학년 학생을 대상으로 신생아 호흡곤란 증후군 시뮬레이션 사전학습 동영상 교육 매체를 개발하고 교육 효과를 검증하기 위해 시도되었다.
동영상 교육 매체는 ADDIE 수업설계 모형을 기반으로 개발하였다. 분석단계에서 학생 요구도와 환경을 분석하고 문헌고찰을 실시하였으며 설계단계에서는 학습목표와 학습구조를 설계하여 교수-학습 전략을 수립하였다. 개발단계에서는 동영상 교육매체와 평가지를 개발하였고 실행단계에서 동영상을 사전학습 자료로 적용하여 시뮬레이션을 운영하였다. 마지막 평가단계에서 사전 학습 동영상 학습의 효과를 검증하기 위해 신생아 호흡곤란 증후군 관련 지식, 간호수행 자신감, 교육 후 만족도를 확인하였다. 연구결과 시뮬레이션 사전학습 동영상 교육 전, 후 신생아 호흡곤란 증후군 관련 지식(t=-5.43, p<.001)과 수행 자신감(t=-3.21, p=.004)이 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. 교육만족도는 평균 4.35점으로 지식향상에 대한 만족도가 4.54점으로 가장 높았다. 마지막으로 본 연구가 신생아 응급 상황에 대처 할 수 있는 사전 학습 자료로 활용되기를 바라며, 또한 다양한 사례의 사전학습 동영상이 개발되는데 기초자료가 되기를 기대한다.

This study was conducted to verify the effect of Video-Audio Media for prior learning simulation focusing on Neonatal respiratory distress syndrome nursing.
The Video-Audio Media programme was developed based on the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) instructional design model. In the analysis phase, the student needs, learning environment and literature review were analyzed. In the design phase, learning objectives and learning structure were designed in order to establish teaching-learning strategies. In the development phase, video-audio media and evaluation form were developed. In the implementation phase, The developed video-audio media programme was applied to prior learning simulation. In the evaluation phase, this study was to verify the effects of Video-Audio Media for prior learning simulation on knowledge of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, confidence in nursing practice and satisfaction.
This study was carried out from August to June in 2016, The data were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program. There was a statistically significant increase in knowledge about neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(t=-5.43, p<.001) and selfconfidence(t=-3.21, p=.004). The average satisfaction level of education was 4.35, which was the highest with 4.54. To summarize, the results of this study suggest that Video-Audio Media for prior learning simulation focusing on Neonatal respiratory distress syndrome nursing is needed in the education to enhance nursing students competencies in these areas.
