Many firms are looking for methods to survive in tough competition. There are many methods to hold a dominant position in quality improvement, new product development, strengthening marketing. But, a method of the most interest must be a inter-firms cooperation activity. It is increasing in interests and importance of the cooperation activities between large and small-medium enterprise in Korea. Although many results of such activities are announced, there are little detailed discussions and data about the quality improvement of small-medium business. This study shows the process of quality improvement at the side of small-medium business and discusses its performances. So, the purpose of this study is to describe success factors in inter-firms cooperation activities by analyzing a case study.
