대국민 한옥인식 및 수요특성에 관한 연구 = A Study on The Public Perception and Demand Characteristics of a Hanok

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is based on the results of a public survey regarding the perception of Hanok over the last 10 years. Hanok is a preservationsubject and unique Korean housing style that has been established as a form of residence today due to the efforts of the government andlocal governments. Trends involving public perception and the demand characteristics of Hanok over the last 10 years were examined. Thepurpose is to provide basic data for preparing Hanok policies by grasping the characteristics, satisfaction, and requirements of Hanok.
Specifically, the Hanok Perception Survey examined the perception, image, demand, cost, location, transportation, space composition, and scaleof Hanok. As a result of this study, it was revealed that over the last 10 years, Hanok was recognized as a psychological object of traditionand antiquity. The intention to live in a Hanok is directly connected to the pros and cons of a Hanok that over time reflect the tendency tovalue external factors as being nature-friendly. Regarding the location and space of a Hanok, a living environment and space compositioncapable of modern living are required.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 지난 10년 동안 총4회의 대국민 한옥인식조사 결과를 바탕으로 진행된 것이다. 한옥은 한국 고유의 주택 양식으로 보존의 대상이었지만, 정부와 지자체의 노력으로 오늘날 거주의 형태로서 자리매김되었다. 이러한 상황에서 최근 10년간 대국민 한옥 인식과 수요의 특성에 관하여 동향을 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 즉, 한옥에 대한 특성과 만족도, 그리고 요구사항을 파악하여 한옥 정책 마련에 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 구체적으로, 한옥인식조사는 한옥의 인식과 이미지, 수요 및 비용, 입지 및 교통, 공간구성 및 규모를 살펴보고 있다. 이상의 분석은 전통의 가치를 넘어 시대 흐름에 따라 주거로서 현대인의 생활을 수용할 수 있어야 한다는 것으로 결론 짓고 있다.
