최근 10년간 국내연구에서 나타난 위기관리 연구 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

[연구목적] 본 연구의 목적은 위기관리 관련 경영학 분야의 학위논문과 연구논문을 고찰하여 경영학에서 위기관리의 학문적 연구동향의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.
[연구방법] 이를 위해 2011년부터 2020년까지 KERIS에 등재된 국내 학위논문과 연구논문을 논문 제목에 ‘위기’와 ‘위기관리’로 한정하여 검색하였다. 이후 학위논문 1,035편과 연구논문 25,363편을 경영학 본래 취지에 적합한 박사논문 7편, 석사논문 8편, 연구논문 17편을 분석하여 학위논문을 중심으로 고찰하였다.
[연구결과] 그 결과, 경영학 분야에서의 위기는 기업환경 변화에 다양한 원인으로 나타나고 있으며 대응전략 또한 대응시점 및 기업태도, 규모 등에 따라 다양하다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
[연구의 시사점] 본 연구는 경영학 관점에서 위기관리와 관련된 분야에 대한 학위논문과 연구논문을 최초로 고찰하였다는 데 의의를 갖는다. 급격한 경영환경 변화와 불확실성이 가속화되어 가는 시점에서 위기의 개념을 체계적으로 정리하여 경영학 분야에 접목시키는 연구는 시의 적절하며 시사하는 바가 크다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to provide basic data on academic research trends in crisis management in business administration by examining academic degree theses and research papers in the field of business administration related to crisis management.
[Methodology] To this end, we typed the word ‘crisis’ and the phrase ‘crisis management’ in the search box of the Korea Education and Research Information Service (KERIS) to search for academic degree papers and research papers that had been written and published in Korea as well as registered in the KERIS. Among 1,035 academic degree papers and 25,363 research papers, 7 doctoral theses, 8 master’s theses, and 17 research papers were suitable for the original purpose of business administration. We analyzed these theses and papers and examined mainly academic degree theses.
[Findings] The findings showed that the crisis in the field of business administration creates various causes for changes in the corporate environment, and that response strategies also vary, depending on the timing of response as well as corporate attitudes and sizes.
[Implications] This study carries significance in that it was the first to examine academic degree theses and research papers about the fields related to crisis management, from the perspective of business administration. As a business environment changes rapidly and uncertainties are accelerated, the study that systematically organizes the concept of crisis and applies it to the field of business administration is timely and has great implications.
