요통의 사암침법 활용에 대한 문헌 고찰 = A Literature Study on the Application of SAAM Acupuncture Method for the Treatment of Low Back Pain

Objectives : This study compared and reviewed SAAM acupuncture method and traditional treatment method through literature study in the treatment of Low Back Pain.
Methods : We investigated the literature for SAAM acupuncture and NaeKyung (內經) and DongUiBoGam (東醫寶鑑) acupuncture treatment for Low Back Pain.
Results & conclusions : The use of LU and LI for the treatment of low back pain in SAAM Acupuncture is a unique view of Saam Acupuncture, which is different from NaeKyung (內經) and DongUiBoGam (東醫寶鑑). In particular, in the SAAM acupuncture method, LI was considered more important, breaking the existing doctrine that emphasized BL in the treatment of Low Back Pain. The diagnostic point of LU is a curved spine, and the diagnostic point of LI is the appearance of a lump on the LI pathway under the ear. The symptoms of LR, GB, BL, SP, ST, KI except for Lu and LI among the 8 meridians used to treat Low Back Pain in SAAM acupuncture are similar to those of NaeKyung (內經). In the SAAM acupuncture method, the diagnosis according to the meridians is more important than the diagnosis according to the cause of the disease in the treatment of Low Back Pain.
