직업계고 글로벌 현장학습 모델 개발 - 경기도 사례를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 기존의 직업계고 글로벌 현장학습의 운영 현황과 문제점을 분석하고 개선 방안을 탐색하여, 직업계고에 적합한 글로벌 현장학습 모델을 개발하는 데 있다. 문헌 연구를 통해 직업계고 글로벌 현장학습 모델을 이론적으로 구안하고, 이를 토대로 전문가 워크숍을 통해 모델에 대한 초안을 개발하였다. 개발한 모델 초안에 대한 타당성을 검증하기 위하여, 전문가 패널을 구성하고 내용 타당도를 분석하여 모델 최종안을 개발하였다.
첫째, 현장 전문가 12명의 타당도 검토 결과 글로벌 현장학습 모델의 체계, 운영 방안, 교육과정 대부분 항목에서 전문가의 타당도가 높은 편이고, 기준값 이상으로 판단되었다.
둘째, 글로벌 현장학습 모델의 특징은 프로그램 목적에 따라 유형을 글로벌체험활동형, 글로벌현장실습형, 글로벌취업형으로 구분하고, 운영기관에 따라서 단위학교형, 거점학교형, 외부기관연계형으로 구분하여 운영할 수 있도록 한다.
셋째, 글로벌 현장학습 모델은 외국어 교육을 체계적이고 장기적인 관점에서 학습할 수 있도록 구성한다. 외국어 교육을 현장실습 운영 학년인 3학년에 집중하기보다는 1~2학년에 미리 교육할 수 있도록 하여, 현장학습 파견에 나가지 않는 학생들을 포함하여 어학 교육에 혜택을 받을 수 있도록 구성하였다. 즉, 직업계고 글로벌 현장학습모델은 본 사업(프로그램) 운영 전 단계에는 어학교육이나 국제교류 등의 ‘글로벌 역량 강화 프로그램(가칭)’을 운영하도록 구성하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the operating status and problems of the existing global field trips in vocational high schools, and to explore ways to improve them. And it is to develop a global field study model suitable for vocational high schools. A global field study model for vocational high schools was theoretically devised through literature study, and based on this, a draft model was developed through expert workshops. In order to verify the validity of the developed draft model, an expert panel was formed and the content validity was analyzed to develop the final model.
First, as a result of the validity review of 12 field experts, the validity of the experts in most items of the system, operation plan, and curriculum of the global field learning model was high and was judged to be higher than the standard value.
Second, the characteristics of the global field study model are divided into global experiential activity type, global field practice type, and global employment type according to the purpose of the program
Third, the global field study model is structured so that foreign language education can be learned from a systematic and long-term perspective. Rather than focusing on foreign language education in the 3rd grade, which is the year of field training, it was designed to be taught in advance in the 1st and 2nd grades, so that even students who do not go on field trips can benefit from language education. In other words, the global field study model for vocational high schools is configured to operate a ‘global competency strengthening program (tentative name)’ such as language education and international exchanges before the operation of this project.
