In the 21st century, so called the era of culture and women, using women's work power effectively and developing it properly are the nuclear tasks not only for the women's personal social achievements but also for the strengthening of the country's competitive power. We have had several problems raised in this issue due to the lack of whole process of generating the women s work power in the firsthand and getting a responsibility by providing them appropriate jobs. We also have vague ideas in defining women's professional work power. But we have made continuous efforts for the proper and effective use of women's work power and now we are working on the subjects such as reinforcing the social support system for the women's professional work power, improving social consciousness, providing manpower according to information, operating special training program for women. I think it is high time to develop strategies to specify women s professional work power in order to constitute a special job market specially for the women s work power. To accomplish this purpose, we need to continue our effort to create promising jobs available for women. Therefore in this article, I am focusing on developing promising jobs for women as a strategy specifying women's professional work power. In this article I examined several problems and recent researches regarding women profession. In the end I want to present several strategies to overcome those problems.
