Objective: The present project is performed to improve the image of domestic Orion snack packages as a typical sample. Background: Snack is one of the most sensitive products to affect the images of product to the consumer by their packages. Method: Human Sensibility Ergonomics is a very useful method to evaluate and improve the package design, because it can trace consumers’ choice actively and reduce the fail risk of product maker. The database are prepared from the consumers opinion survey, those are analyzed statistically by the parameter study and multi-regression method, decide design direction and re-design by using Semantic Differential method. Conclusion: The two of eights packages of snacks tested in the present study need to be re-designed to relieve a distracted image and the other is better to present a more progressive image on the package. Results: Consumer and product friendly design samples are proposed to improve the current packages. Keywords: Snack Package, Human Sensibility Ergonomics, Redesign, Semantic Differential Method
