의료관광 상품의 구성속성 도출과 분석을 위한 탐색적 연구 : Kano 모델의 적용을 중심으로 = The Research for the Composition Attribute Escape and an Analysis of the Medical Tourism Goods: Application of Kano Models

국문 초록 (Abstract)

의료관광은 의료를 목적으로 수행되는 특수목적 관광상품으로 이해되고 있다. 특히, 건강과 삶의 질에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있는 현 시점에서 의료관광에 대한 관심은 지속적으로 증가되고 있으며, 국내의 경우도 의료관광 활성화를 위한 다양한 노력이 수행되고있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내의료관광 활성화를 위해 기존의 선행연구들을 중심으로 의료관광상품의 주요구성요소 도출과 중요성을 알아보기 위해 관련 분야의 전문가를 중심으로 실증연구를 수행하였다. 연구에서는 이원론적인 접근을 통해 품질속성의 구분할 수 있는 Kano 모델을 적용하였다. 의료관광상품 구성속성을 Kano 모델을 활용하여 분석하기 위해 선행연구를 바탕으로 19개의 구성속성도출 할 수 있었다. 선정된 속성을 관광상품전문가와 지역개발전문가 그룹을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 조사된 내용을 중심으로 Kano 모델을 활용한 의료관광상품 구성속성에 대한 품질차원을 구분하고, 각각의 속성에 대한 고객만족계수를 도출하여 품질차원간의 상대적인 영향수준을 파악하였다. 분석결과 13개의 일원적 품질요소, 1개의 당연적 품질요소, 3개의 무관심요소로 분류되었으며, 그 중 의료비의 적절성이 만족을 유도할 수 있는 능력이 가장 큰 속성으로 나타났으며, 의료기관의 의료진 수준이 고객의 불만을 가장 크게 감소시킬 수 있는 속성으로 나타났다. 또한 연구에 참여한 관광전문가집단과 지역개발전문가집단을 구분하여 의료관광상품의 구성속성에 대한 접근을 수행함으로써 집단간 차이를 분석하였는데, 두 집단간에는 구성속성에 대한 인식의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Medical tourism is understood with the special purpose tourism product which is accomplished medical treatment with a goal. Especially, health and about quality of life the interest highly from the present point of view which is coming interest is increasing continuously about medical tourism, the effort which is various also the case of domestic for a medical tourism activation is accomplished. In order to examine in order for a domestic medical tourism activation preceding researches of existing in the center important integral part escape and importance of the medical treatment tourism product the specialist of relation field accomplished an actual proof research with the center from the research which sees consequently. In order to support the effectiveness and an effectiveness of development accomplished the application of Kano's models from research. Also divides tourism specialist group which participates to a research a group between difference about composition attribute of the medical treatment tourism goods and the regional development specialist group and accomplishes an approach with analyzes, to two groups between about composition attribute appeared with the fact that is difference of recognition.
