생태마을의 형성과정과 경관 연구 : 성미산 마을을 사례로 = The Process and Landscape Studies of Ecovillage: A Case of Sungmisan Village

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 생태주의의 지역화라고 할 수 있는 생태마을에 대한 것으로, 이론적 고찰과 관련 지역을 사례 연구하였다. 생태마을은 도시 지역이나 농촌 지역에서 생태적 환경뿐만 아니라 사회적 환경,문화.정신적 환경이 균형을 이루며질 높은 삶을 살아가는 사람들의 지역 공동체를 말한다. 이와 관련하여 도시 내 생태마을이라고 할 수 있는 서울시 마포구에 있는 성미산 마을을 대상으로 마을의 형성 과정과 경관을 사례 연구하였다. 성미산 마을은 생태적 가치를 중요시하는 사람들의 성미산 지역에 이주해 오면서 그 가치의 중요성을 전파하고, 마을에 다양한 상징물을 만들어 가면서 형성된 마을이다. 이들은 전통 촌락의 공동체적 삶을 이상적인 정주지로 보고 마을 사람들이 함께 교육기관을 세워 공동육아하고, 두레와 품앗이를 활성화하여 경제적 상부상조를 하고 있으며, 마을 내에 잔치나 축제가 활성화되어 있다. 성미산 마을은 생태 가치의 성공적인 지역화뿐만 아니라 전통 촌락의 장점을 함께 지니고 있어, 현대 사회의 이상적인 정주공간의 대표적 사례라고 할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is about an ecovillage as the regionalization of ecology, focused on a case study with reviewing theoretical research of ecovillage. Ecovillage is a kind of local community enjoyed high quality life, and balanced well not only ecology but also social, culture, spiritual in urban or rural area. This case study is about Sungmisan village, located in Mapogu Seoul, having many factors of ecovillage in urban based on historical research overview and landscape studies. Sungmisan village has made by people who realized the importance of ecology and moved in there. They have made efforts to spread a value of ecology as well. They believe that the ideal village is to collaborate well each other in community regarding as common community issues, such as construction of kindergarten and schools, based on mutual help through service supply for one another in turn. Sungmisan village can be one of good cases for ecovillage where is well established as ecology area and have many strengths of traditional village.
