      The demand for high-precision production equipment is increasing with the recent increase in demand for precision production, which is emerging due to the 4th industrial revolution. Prior to developing domestic precision production equipment that satisfies this trend, develop element technologies and evaluation criteria that can be commonly used to secure technological competitiveness and prove the reliability of domestic precision production equipment, and apply them to precision production equipment. It is necessary to study the standards of an overview evaluation system to prove the technological competitiveness of domestic manufacturing equipment by verifying the usability of the development system. In this study, before developing the technical standards and system for reliability evaluation of domestic precision production equipment, a ball screw was selected as a core part of domestic precision production equipment. In addition, to secure the reliability of the ball screw selected as a key component, the thermal displacement and temperature are measured according to the operating conditions. And the thermal displacement and temperature according to the operating conditions calculated through the analysis model are compared and analyzed to verify the analysis model.
