Churches in South Korea which used to make the unprecedentedly rapid progress, in the world, have come to cease their growth, since the 1990s, with a decreasing number of Christians. A survey of people of non-religions, concerning their preferences of religions, has indicated that Buddhism, Catholicism, and Christianity ranked 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, respectively. in order. And, another survey of the 'rate of turning back from religions', in other words, of "people without religions any longer", at present", has showed that Christianity accounted for the highest possibility. It is said that most Christians have tried to convert to Catholicism. A study by the National Statistics Office has demonstrated that Catholicism is currently rising at a extremely astonishing rate, despite the fact that the religion has rarely sought to carry out its missions. The main culprit that Christianity has failed to have its influences, alienated and isolated from society, results from what most Christians have not deserved to be treated as Christians.
In Protestant Church, Christianity has put the intensive emphasis on the "religious reform underpinning": "Only faithful belief can help human beings in the mundane benefit from 'salvage". But, It is self-evident that the religion has hardly preached the teaching on 'holy sacrifice', the ultimate completion of salvage. Citing the will of God as "Our Holiness", such Christianity has accentuated nothing but 'Belief", disregarding the sound and right teaching of "the Life of Holy Sacrifice".
The developments have contributed to putting the brake on spreading/dissipating/ gospel. Such stern/unpalatable/ reality faced the Christianity has led my realization that it is integral to receive the training for piety life. In the regard, I have come to make the research on how I would receive the training for piety life, and put forward solutions to it, in a rational and an objective way.
Firstly, I have made a comparative analysis on what old and new testaments in scripture makes the definition of "pietistic", and, I have made an accurate examination on where such 'pietistic" was originated in the creed dogma history,
Secondly, I have made the descriptions on true pietistic, based on the theories of pietistic formulated by Calvin and Wesley. Also, I have found out the similarity of the theories of 'piety sacrifice', established by the two theologists.
Thirdly, I have culled cases of piety training from small group. In details, I have sought ways to understand small group of the German pietism in the first church, such as "Piety get-together of Phillip Jacob Spener, and "Hernhut Church Community of August Herrmann Francke, as well as small group of John Wesley, and Modern Church.
Lastly, I have made the statements on the 'piety training methods' of 'adequate enough to apply into the small group. I have make the six approaches to the training methods: Why such training is required/ How the training must be proceeded/ What result must be drawn after the training. And then, I have made the concrete reviews on such approaches.
In the end, I have applied the above-stated training methods into each small group, and put the piety training into action, in my hope that these methods would make Christians change their mindset. When the above-described piety training methods are applied, Churches in South Korea are expected to have the bright prospect, and furthermore, God would endower phenomenal changes, and power, I'm sure.
