자가불화합성 계통의 선발과 이름 이용한 hanging용 페튜니아 품종육성 = Selection of Self-Incompatibility Lines and Their Combinations of Hanging Petunia

국문 초록 (Abstract)

헹잉용 페튜니아의 품종육성을 위하여 자가수분 및 현미경 검경을 통하여 다야안 자가불화합성 계통 7개를 선발하였다. 이들을 완전이면교배하거나 자방친으로 하고 화색 및 생육이 다른 헹잉용 페튜니아를 화분친으로 하여 교배조합을 작성하고 교배를 하여 채종하였다. 선발 조합들은 대부분 채종율이 낮고 채종립이 적고 생육이 왕성하므로 삽목번식이 가능하다. 이들 조합 중에서 생육 및 개화형질이 우수하다고 판단되는 18개 조합을 선발하였다. 선발된 조합의 특성은 개화 소요일수가 70일 이상의 만생에 속하는 교배조합은 ‘00-2×01-9’ 등 3개 조합이었고, 55일 이하의 조생종은 ‘00-8×00-4’ 조합 등 2개, 흔색은 ‘00-4×00-1’ 조합 1개, 흰보라색은 ‘00-2×00-3’ 조합 등 2개, 분홍색은 ‘00-6×00-4’ 조합 1개, 청보라색 ‘00-2×00-7’ 조합 1개, 적색은 ‘00-4×01-9’ 조합 1개였다. 화경이 6.5cm 이상인 대륜종은 ‘00-2×00-5’ 조합 등 3개 였고, 5.0cm 이하의 소륜종은 ‘00-1×00-8’ 등 7개 조합이었다. 초장이 20cm 이하이고 초폭이 5cm 이상되는 조합은 ‘00-1×00-8’ 등 분지수가 5개 이상되는 조합은 ‘00-1×00-8’ 등 11개로 나타났다. 화수가 20개 이상이면서 분지수가 5개 이상이고 초폭이 50cm 이상 되는 계통은 ‘00-4×00-1’ 등 8개 조합이었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This experiment was carried out to select and evaluate combination of hanging petunia by self-incompatibility(SI) lines. The seven SI lines with different flower colors and growth characteristics were selected. The combination by crossing between the SI lines and the normal hanging petunia as paternal plant were selected. The 18 combination were evaluated showing one combination with pink flowers color, 9 combinations with purple flowers color, 2 combinations with light purple flowers color and one with red flower color. Five combinations showed below 5.0cm flower diameters and having multi-flowers. Three combinations showed flower diameters above 6.5cm. Three combinations flowered within 55days from sowing and 2 combinations flowered above 70 days. Most of all the combinations produced beolow 150 seeds per a capsule and germinated below 38% from the seeds, and they showed with 20 number of flower above 50cm in plant width and above 5 number of branch within 100 days after sowing. These combinations could be propagated by cutting because they are growing fast.
