Generally, rollover strength is very difficult to improve through rollover test at the initial stage of vehicle development. So, this paper are carried out the computer simulation of a large-sized bus was modeled using shell elements.<br/>
And the rollover analysis results compare well with the live test results. After the usefulness of this method of analysis was confirmed, we have proposed the effective structural modification for rollover strength.<br/>
