The conclusions of this Study are as folows:
1. Sa-Mul-Tang(SMT) ext, prolonged swimming time to 40.7±0.28min and Saeng-Maeg-San(SMS) ext, prolonged swimming time to 43.0±1.05min But both SMT ext, significantly prolonged swimming time 42.2±0.56min...
The conclusions of this Study are as folows:
1. Sa-Mul-Tang(SMT) ext, prolonged swimming time to 40.7±0.28min and Saeng-Maeg-San(SMS) ext, prolonged swimming time to 43.0±1.05min But both SMT ext, significantly prolonged swimming time 42.2±0.56min, 45.3±0.87min, and 45.4±0.39min, 47.7±0.72min, respectively after 3 days and 6days medication.
2. In sloped plate test, SMT ext.(300㎎/㎏) SMS ext.(300㎎/㎏) incresed 44.8±1.40 degree and 45.2±1.81 degree, respectively after single medication. But SMT ext.(300㎎/㎏) and SMS ext.(300㎎/㎏) significantly increased 48.7±1.80 degree. 50.3±1.23 degree and 48.6±1.59 and 49.9±1.05 degree, respectively after 3 days and 7 days medication.
3. In rota-test, SMS ext, and SMT ext, decreased the number of folowing times to 75.34% and 70.67%, respectively after days medication. But SMS ext, and SMT ext, significantly decreased the number of folowing times to 90.48% and 95.05% after 7 days medication.
4. In the comparison of the serum LDH activity value, SMS ext, and SMS ext. increased slightly the serum LDH activity value after swimming and decreased in the lowest level after 1 day, and increased the serum LDH activity value after 2 days.
5. Both SMS ext, and SMS ext, increased the serum CPK activity value in the highest level, immediately after swimming, but slowly decreased the serum CPK activity value for 2 days and increased the serum CPK activity value again.
