This paper aims to analyze discursive codes of Sam-guk-sa-gi and reveal its mythicality and anti-mythicality realized by the interaction of mythos and logos. Assuming that discursive codes of Sam-guk-sa-gi are specified from more general East Asian codes of historical writing, I``d like to show what they are firstly. I call this method ‘macro-semiotic’. Discursive codes of historical writing have two aspects, one is about justification connected to the question ‘Why does it written?’ and another is about method connected to the question ‘How does it written?’ I describe such codes of East Asian historical writings such as Sa-gi in order to read various codes of historical writing in Sam-guk-sa-gi. Then, by describing discursive codes of Sam-guk-sa-gi generated from them, I can show concrete interactions of mythos and logos revealed through them. By way of it, I can also show concrete figures of mythicality and anti-mythicality of Sam-guk-sa-gi that has been regarded only as an historical document.
