도시환경정비사업의 새로운 접근방법 : 지속가능한 도시환경정비사업에 대한 고찰 = A New Approach to Urban Redevelopment

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 논문의 목적은 도시환경정비사업과정을 통해 지속가능한 도심을 만들기 위한 새로운 접근방법을 모색하는 데에 있다. 지속가능한 개발 및 도시설계의 가치에 대하여는 최근 학문적으로 많은 연구가 이루어져 왔으나, 이러한 관심을 도시환경정비사업의 정책수단에 적용하여 지속가능한 도심을 만들려는 노력은 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 이 글에서는 지속가능성 및 지속가능한 개발, 도시설계의 가치 그리고 도시환경정비사업에 대한 기존 연구문헌을 고찰하고, 도시환경정비사업의 새로운 접근방법으로서 지속가능한 도시환경정비사업의 개념과 모형을 제시하고 지속가능한 도시환경정비사업의 개념을 구체화시키기 위한 향후 방향에 관하여 논의하였다.키 워 드 지속가능, 지속가능개발, 도시설계, 지속가능한 도시환경정비사업Keywords Sustainability, Sustainable Development, Urban Design, Sustainable Urban Redevelopment
