광주지역의 건물부문 에너지소비현황과 절약방안 = Energy Consumption and Saving Pattern of Building in Kwangju Area

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근들어 지구온난화문제등 환경에 대한 관심이 급증하고 있다. 환경오염의 이면에는 무절제한 에너지의 사용이 커다란 역할을 하고 있다. 과거 공급위주의 에너지정책에서 수요관리중심의 에너지정책이 강조되고 있는 것도 에너지절약과 효율증진의 관점에서 바람직하다고 하겠다. 에너지수요를 부문별로 산업, 가정, 공공(건물), 수송등으로 분류하여 볼 때 비율을 약1/4에 달하지만 주민의 에너지절약 마인드롸 적절한 에너지절약기기의 사용으로 많은 개선을 볼 수 있는 분야이다. 이 고에서는 광주지역의 대형건물에서의 에너지소비 실태와 절약방안에 대하여 모니터링한 결과를 분석하였다. 아울러 최근의 에너지동향과 우리나라의 에너지정책에 대한 간단한 설명이 곁들여져 있다. 광주지방의 에너지절약에 대한 관심은 비교적 풍부한 편이다. 하지만 심야전력이라든지 태양광과 같은 최근의 에너지절약동향에 대하여는 인지도가 낮게 나타났다. 정부나 NGO단체들의 홍보와 교육이 필요하며 조금 더 관심을 기울이면 에너지절약의 좋은 결과가 나타날 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recently, an attention on the global warming is increasing rapidly. The other side of the coin, there exist relentless energy consumptions in the would. From the early sixthies. Energy policy of the Korean Government stresses the supply side, instead of demand side policy which includes energy conservation and efficiency improvement. Of the four sectors of the energy supply which are industry, transportation, public and domestic sectors, public building takes one fourth of the whole comsumption. This sector could be improved with the movement of energy consumption and installation of the saving appratus. This paper shows the analysis of monitoring results on energy consumption pattern and energy saving statue of the large building in Kwangju area. In addition to that, national energy policy and recent energy situation were included. An attention on energy saving in Kwangju area is memorable. On the other hand, late night electricity, solar power usuage could be extended more widely. The good results would be shown with the more education and wide public movements.
