양장기능사 실기시험 재킷 패턴 연구 = The Study on Jacket pattern in Craftsman women's wear pattern Examination

국문 초록 (Abstract)

디지털 시대로 접어든 전문화, 고도산업화 시대에 패션 산업에 종사하기 위해서는 패션 전문가로서의 자질에 필요한 여러 가지 지식을 습득해야만 한다. 이에 전문 기술 인력을 양성하기 위해 자격제도가 제정되었으며 그 중에서 여성의류를 설계하고 재단, 봉제 할 수 있는 전문 인력을 육성하고자 마련된 양장기능사 실기시험 중 재킷 패턴을 선정하여 기존에 출판되었던 실기 교본, 대학교재로 사용하는 의복구성 전문서적과 선행 연구되었던 국내 이론적 문헌을 비교분석하였다.
연구방법은 실험용패턴 8개를 선정하고 디자인과의 동일성을 비교분석 한 후 동일한 수치를 적용하여 제도하여 수치를 비교하고 각 제도방법에 의해 실물을 제작하여 디자인과의 일치성을 알아보기 위해 외관 검사를 실시하여 통계 처리하였다. 그 결과로 연구용패턴을 설계하고 제작하여 간단하면서 디자인에 적합하고 빠른 시간 내에 패턴을 제작 할 수 있게 재킷 패턴 설계를 제시하였다.
연구 재킷 패턴의 설계법을 다음과 같이 제시하였다.
- 재킷 길 너비 : 가슴둘레/2+5cm
- 뒤목너비 : 가슴둘레/12+0.5cm
- 앞목너비 : 뒤목너비와 동일
- 앞목깊이 : 뒤목너비+1cm
- 진동깊이 : 가슴둘레/4+1cm
- 뒷중심선 : 가슴둘레에서 1.5cm, 허리둘레에서 2cm,
엉덩이둘레에서 1.5cm
- 칼라 너비 : 7.5cm
- 라펠칼라 너비 : 7.5cm
- 칼라 꺽임 : 2.5cm
- 칼라 & 길 겹침 분량 : 0.5cm
- 소매산 높이 : AH/3+1cm
- 소매길이 : 소매길이 +1.5cm
- 소매굴곡 : 3cm-6cm-5cm-5cm

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

To work in the fashion industry which has entered the digital age, and in specialization and high-industrialization age, one needs to attain various skills required for the qualifications of a fashion specialist. For these, qualification certificate systems are enacted to nurture specialized technical personnel, and among these, a jacket pattern is selected from the practical examination of Western-style dress skill prepared for nurturing specialist who can design, cut, and sew women's clothing, to be compared and analyzed against the existing printed practical textbooks, technical books of making clothes which used as college textbooks, and local documents of theoretical study documents.
The methodology of the research is to select 8 samples for the study, analyze the identity with the design, and then cut applying the identical dimensions and compare the measurements, and make the clothes using each cutting methods, and inspect to find the consistency with the design and made statistical analysis. As a result, we designed and made research patterns, and suggested a jacket pattern design to patterns simply that suits the design fast.
Research and design of the jacket pattern offers the following law.
- Jacket, the width : B / 2 + 5cm
- The back neck width : B / 12 + 0.5cm
- In front of the neck width : The back neck width
- In front of the neck depth : The back neck width + 1cm
- A.H depth : B / 4 + 1cm
- Back Center Seam : 1.5cm in bust circumference, 2cm in waist circumference, hip circumference of 1.5cm
- Collar width : 7.5cm
- Lapel width : 7.5cm
- Collar angle : 2.5cm
- Collar & The body clash : 0.5cm
- Sleeve Cap High : AH / 3 + 1cm
- Sleeve curve : 3cm - 6cm - 5cm - 5cm
