      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      As this study specify Materialistic Theology, Žižek asserts that the key of Christianity is accessible only by materialistic attempt and it must pass the Christian Experience to be a dialectical materialism. Materialism and Theology cannot be combined in the orthodox framework. but Žižek emphasize that the Christianity can understand/comprehend wholly only by/with the combination of this two. Therefore, this study researches what does Žižek’s reflection on the practical Theology throughout Christian Experience and Materialistic Theology mean on today’s realistic space.
      I am not on a high level to estimate Žižek’s work after read his whole books, I just read several books that he interested in Christianity and then I want to find a reason why dialectical materialism and Theology met by using the help of various academic studies. Accordingly, the logic is developed as follows. First, check the connection among Hegel, Marks, and Lacan that is the base of Žižek’s Theology and introduce a new form of ideological criticism based on it. Second, based on this logic, describing Christian Experience basically different way from traditional way will present source of Materialistic Theology in here. Third, making questions based on this and consider in our context that the Christian Experience can be realized.
      Žižek clarify the “death of Christ”, a core event in Christianity, is the essential element to change a world on political prospect. According to this method, he understands Parallactically his philosophical position and Christian Theology. Žižek also clarify the love, a core value of Christianity represented by Jesus, has possibility to overthrow the social order and rigidity of system and Salvation of Christianity is same as liberation struggle occurs in the concrete in a life dimension. His movement gives Christian Theology a opportunity to enter the open field of public opinion in real life about the society itself and problem phenomenon.
      Ultimately, Žižek’s Christian Experience means the God who exists as a empty void, that is, the love for imperfect God. And then it connects Gap of The Holy Spirit’s community appears after the death of Jesus. Now, the important thing to Žižek is their action which fill a empty Void beyond the dimension of ‘Being’. Transcendental and infinite existence exists a form of hope that realized through the possibility of a vacuum on an object separated from the real world. In order to exist as a form of realized hope, we need to remove the fantasy about God from our eyes first.
      Žižek’s theology follows transformational value of traditions from the frustration and rage of our times, at the same time, he also focus on how we ask and answer about the ‘God-Human’ as a traditional subject of theology, and then the problem that occurs in various Ideology(capitalism, neo-liberalism, democracy, multi-racial, multi-cultural, multi-religious). Accordingly, the extracurricular of theology is not locked in a church; it extends. Žižek searches the correct judgement criterion and rule of action throughout the Christian Theology in the present world, and for this purpose, he connects and combines his Materialistic Theology with various human-social-scientific realistic recognition and alternative.
