시각장애자를 위한 미술관 기획

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In Korea, Social Welfare still has the limitation of the high quality of the life. Cultural Welfare Facilities are not plenty for handicapped people. Even though, we have many Welfare Facilities, It is just for job training, education, accommodation, and medical welfare. The cultural Experience of handicapped people is important to restore for social activities. Also, The Museum for the blind can be an additional place for studying, and creating ART.<br/>
It can make them more educate and rich in aspect of psychical boundary. Firstly, This thesis has the Goal for helping to access to get the Cultural Experience for the Blind, also, it can make us to get the more wide vision of thinking of Handicapped people.
