입체/복합시설 외부공간을 계획하기 위한 요소 도출에 관한 연구 = 전문가 설문 및 면담 조사를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 입체/복합시설 외부공간을 계획하기 위한 구성요소를 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 입체/복합시설 외부공간 문헌을 고찰하고 전문가 설문 및 면담조사를 실시하여 최종적으로 계획요소를 도출하였다. 연구의 결과를 보면 다음과 같다. 이론고찰을 통해 입체/복합시설외부공간 계획요소의 대분류 항목은 배치, 공간구성, 시설물, 유지관리계획으로 분석되었으며, 전문가 설문 및 면담조사를 통해 세부계획요소를 고찰하였다. 첫째, 배치계획 분야에서는 위치선정, 수직 수평적인 동선체계, 인접건물의 접도 및 공간의 위계를 고려한 배치계획에 관한 내용들이 도출되었다. 둘째, 공간구성계획 분야에서는 건축 및 외부공간 사이의 통일감을 고려한 계획, 바닥의 고저차를 이용한 계획 등이 나타났다. 셋째, 시설물계획 분야에서는 지역 환경 및 옥상녹화를 고려한 식재계획, 주변 환경과 조화로운 조형물, 사용빈도를 고려한 수(水) 공간계획 등이 분석되었다. 마지막 유지관리계획 분야에서는 유지관리체계 및 관리주체 선정에 대한 내용들이 도출되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The goal of the study is to examine planning elements of exterior spaces in a mixed-use complex. For this purpose, the study first examines the mixed-use complex by utilizing research derived from the exterior spaces, and draws planning elements of exterior spaces in the mixed-use complex through an interview with planning consultants and architects. The results are summarized as follows. The project is divided into four categories: building arrangement, space layout, facility and maintenance planning. First, the study focuses on building arrangement planning when taking into account the location of the site, the traffic line (horizontal and vertical), the adjacent roads of neighboring buildings, and the hierarchy of spaces. Second, the study develops space layout, examining the difference between buildings’ bottom altitudes and the uniformity between interior design and exterior design. Third, it looks at facility planning that takes local, natural environmental elements into account for features such as roof top tree-planting, sculptures that harmonize with the surroundings and the frequency of use of a space. Finally, the study focuses on the requirement process of maintenance systems and demonstrates how to select a company to take care of maintenance.
