대학생의 흡연 경험에 대한 연구 = A Study on Smoking Experience among College Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: This purpose of this study was conducted to identify the perceptions and experiences of smoking in college students. Methods: Colaizzi's phenomenological method was used. This study was 13 college students who participated in a smoking cessation program that allowed participation in this study and agreed to written consent The data were collected from September 1th to November 3th of 2017. At the in-depth interview, we used recordings and field notes. Results: The results show that 3-category, 6-concept, and 17-subcategory. In the analysis, three main categories were found: 'entry for the first time', standards for change due to smoking cessation, and maintenance of change through overcoming smoking. Conclusion: The results of this study not only have a positive effect on the understanding of smoking behavior of college students but also provide important data for the development of the smoking cessation strategy and the supporting data for the smoking cessation education.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적: 이 연구의 목적은 대학생들의 흡연에 대한 인식과 경험을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구방법: Colaizzi의 현상학적 방법으로 적용되었다. 본 연구의 참여를 허락하고 서면 동의서에 동의한 금연 프로그램에 참석하고 있는 대학생 13명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 자료수집기간은 2017년 9월1일부터 11월30일까지 수집되었다. 연구 참여자의 경험을 보다 깊이 있게 확인하고자 심층 면담을 사용하였다. 인터뷰 내용을 녹음하고 현장 노트를 병행하여 주요 사항을 기록하였다. 연구결과: 자료를 분석한 결과 3개의 범주, 6개의 주제모음, 17개의 의미 있는 진술을 도출하였다. 연구 결과는 ‘처음으로 들어가기’, 변화의 문턱’, 극복을 통한 변화의 유지,’이었다. 논의: 대학생의 흡연 행위를 이해하는 데 긍정적인 영향을 줄 뿐만 아니라, 추후에는 금연 교육에 대한 근거자료를 마련하고 금연 전략을 개발하기 위한 중요한 기초자료들을 제공하고자 하였다
