The purpose of this study is to propose marketing direction of architectural design office through review of modern marketing theory. 5Forces, 4P, STP, Cost Advantage and Differentiation Strategy will be used to explain the significance of each and the scope applicable to architectural design offices. In addition, by analyzing the actual cases, the architectural design office will try to help set the direction of specific marketing.
