욕창 간호 중재 적용을 위한 흰쥐의 욕창형성 예비실험

국문 초록 (Abstract)

욕창은 신체의 특정부위에 지속적이고 반복적인 과도한 압
박이 계속됨으로 인해 발생된 피부와 피하조직의 괴사를 의
미하며, 국소적 압력이 주어진 후 조직에 나타나는 현미경적
인 변화는 주로 허혈(ischemia)에 의해 발생한다(Agate, 1977;
Herrman, Knapp, Donofrio, & Salcido, 1999; Kathleen
& Berecek, 1975; Peirce, Skalak, & Rodeheaver, 2000).
욕창을 일으키는 가장 큰 요인은 중력에 의해 피부에 영향
을 미치는 수직적인 힘으로 주로 신체의 뼈 돌출부위에 가해
진 지속적인 압력에 의해 혈액순환의 장애가 유발되어 피부
와 피하조직의 허혈 상태로 조직의 괴사가 일어나는 것을 의
미하며, 발생의 주요 원인은 압력, 마찰력, 응전력 등의 외적
요인과 영양결핍, 감각장애, 감염 등의 내적요인이 있다(Maklebust,
1987).
