학교스포츠클럽을 통한 학생배구선수양성 가능성 탐색 = Exploring a Potential of Cultivating Student Volleyball Players through School Sports Clubs

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study intends to analyze operational problems of the present draft for student volleyball players and explore potential of cultivating student volleyball players through school sports clubs with understanding on school sports clubs which are operated now. The results of this study are like followings below. First, the operation of student player draft is divided into the associative draft through the foundation connection of elementary·middle·high schools and draft through the contract between other elementary and middle schools. Second, in school sports club, PE teachers or HR teachers take charge of the operation of volleyball. And it's operated through the special aptitude or after school activities, in class or lunch time. Third, on the possibility of cultivating players through school sports club, there were opinions affirmative or negative. However, negative opinions were much more presented. Fourth, as for the efforts for cultivating of players through school sport club, there were opinions that it's needed for supports of school, concrete guidelines on the athletic policies for activation of physical exercise, teacher training and facilities, change of teachers' value on physical exercise with change of recognition on physical exercise.
