This article is an attempt to present the conception of God which is a function of Religion. This study is focused on the concept of freedom and follows Kant`s thought on the practical reason. Kant searched for the practical condition of morality to provide the possibility and reality of freedom as postulating God with the special reference to the ``Religion``. Kant`s concept of freedom is prepared on the ground of <Metaphysics of Morals> assuring for human Dignity, gives constructive <Critique of Practical Reason> to let freewill act freely on the basics of morality, and finally demand <Religion within the Boundaries of Mere Reason> as representation of practical reason. Reason Religion which is necessary for the possibility of realization can continue to be necessary for a subject searching for the pure morality.
