Currently, cities have faced rapid climate change worldwide due to the effects of rapid industrialization and urbanization. In Korea, where storm and flood damage accounts for more than 90% of natural disaster damage, damage is occurring intensively in urban areas. As a solution to this, the necessity of securing a rain water reservoir capable of storing rainwater in the city center is being discussed, but it is difficult to secure space in urban areas. However, it is used as basic data for the construction of stormwater treatment facilities in the urban area in the future, and the purpose of the study is to examine the value of a facility that responds to environmental changes through domestic and foreign case analysis.
