Han Woong-been started to writing in 1974. Dictatorship by Kim 11-seong gained the summit in 1970`s-1980`s. At this time, most of writers took part in creating Kim 11-seong`s biography. Regardless of this time, Han Woong-been has written short-story. This point is very important in studing on North-Korea`s litterature. Han Woong-been created Ordinary-Hero. As well, he created narrator as methord of creating Ordinary-Hero. This narrator found both hero of Great Acheivement and Selfharrator). This finding is based on Cynical Attitude. And then, narrator can examin oneself and criticize bureaucratism of North-Korea through this attitude. Besides, this attitude of the narrator has influenced on the figur of (Uncle) (Uncle) is honesty, industrious, and faihtful. This figure includes the sublim beauty which is essense of North-Korea`s litterature. At same time, this figure is the symbol of Ideaology of Economy.
