COBIT 기반 매뉴얼 관리 시스템의 설계 및 구현 = Design and Implementation of COBIT-Based Manual Management System

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this paper, we design and implement a new manual management system that realizes reliable and coherent management of the manuals of vendor companies. The proposed MMS is based on COBIT framework: i) plan and organize, ii) acquire and implement, iii) deliver and support, iv) monitor and evaluate. Through analysis of the lower processes of COBIT framework, we also choose the following areas that can manage the manual effectively in connection with MMS: i) PO8 quality management, ii) AI6 change management, iii) DS1 define and manage service levels, iv) ME1 IT performance monitoring and evaluation. From the implementation results, this paper proves that MMS established being applied of some fields realizes the up-dated manual of vendor company and that it assists software engineers who use the manual, via improvement of reliable and coherent of the manual.
