중국의 출판산업과 독서진흥 정책 = China’s publishing industry and reading promotion policies

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 중국의 출판산업의 발전 현황과 정부의 독서 진흥 정책을 총체적으로 담고 있다. 첫 번째 팬데믹 기간을 포함해 중국 출판산업의 성장 추세를 살펴보았고, 특히, 디지털출판의 부상과 함께 전통적인 출판 방식이 어떻게 변화하는지 살펴보았다.
두 번째는 중국 정부의 독서 진흥 정책에 대해 분석했다. 문맹과 문해력, 그리고 독서율의 상관관계와 중국 정부의 정책을 살펴보았다. 정부는 독서 문화를 장려하기 위해 다양한 프로그램과 캠페인을 시행하고 있으며, 공공 도서관의 확충, 독서 행사 개최, 그리고 학교 교육 과정에 독서 교육을 포함하는 등의 노력을 기울이고 있다.
마지막으로 출판산업과 독서 진흥 정책이 중국 사회에 미치는 영향을 분석했다. 독서의 증가는 개인의 지식수준 향상뿐만 아니라 사회 전반의 문화적 발전에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 또한, 미래 세대인 아동정책에 많은 영향을 미치며, 출판산업의 성장과 독서 진흥 정책은 경제적 측면에서도 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 또한 콘텐츠 산업과 연계해 미래 변화에 적극 대응하고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study provides a comprehensive overview of the development of China’s publishing industry and the government’s policies to promote reading. First, it examines the growth trend of China’s publishing industry, including during the first pandemic, and how traditional publishing methods are changing with the rise of digital publishing.
The second analyzes the Chinese government’s reading promotion policies. We looked at the relationship between illiteracy, literacy, and reading rates and the Chinese government’s policies. The government has implemented various programs and campaigns to promote a reading culture, including expanding public libraries, holding reading events, and including reading education in the school curriculum.
Finally, we analyzed the impact of the publishing industry and reading promotion policies on Chinese society. The increase in reading has a positive impact not only on the knowledge level of individuals, but also on the cultural development of society as a whole. The growth of the publishing industry and reading promotion policies also play an important role in the economy, as they have a significant impact on the future generation of children. It is also actively responding to future changes by linking with the content industry.
