Vehicle body frame structure consists of box shape beams. Especially some parts (i.e. Sill side, Roof rail) loaded by torsion are reinforced with longitudinal partitions. Generally partitions do not affect stress distribution and stiffness of box beams if these parts are symmetric structure with zero welding pitch the whole part are welded together. In spite of those parts, partitions are deformed by torsion and those have influence on stress distribution and stiffness of them even if they are made by spot welding.
