대학생의 긍정적 정서, 사회적지지, 진로결정자기효능감, 결과기대가 진로준비행동 및 진로만족에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 진로만족 및 진로준비행동과 영향변인간의 관계를 규명함으로써 대학생의 진로결정 관련 기초자료로 활용되어 진로지도 및 상담에 시사점을 제공하고자 하는 것이다. 진로만족모형 및 사회인지진로이론에 근거하여 긍정적 정서, 사회적 지지, 진로결정자기효능감, 결과기대, 진로준비행동을 진로만족의 영향변인으로 선정하고 이들의 인과관계를 가정하였다. 이를 검증하기 위하여 G대학교 3, 4학년 308명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 구조방정식을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 긍정적 정서는 사회적 지지에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 긍정적 정서, 사회적 지지는 진로결정자기효능감에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 사회적 지지, 진로결정자기효능감은 결과기대에 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 진로결정자기효능감은 진로준비 행동에 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로준비행동은 진로만족에 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 본 연구에서 사회적 지지, 결과기대는 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았고, 긍정적 정서, 사회적 지지, 결과기대는 진로만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 진로지도 및 상담시 효과적인 방안을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 진로선택 및 진로 준비과정에서 대학생의 정서적 요인, 환경적 요인, 인지적 요인이 행동 및 정서에 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of this study are to examine the effects of variables related to career preparation behavior and career satisfaction of university students and provide some new implications for career guidance and counseling. Based on Social Cognitive Career Theory (SSCT), we hypothesized that positive affect, social support, career decision-making self-efficacy, outcome expectancy and career preparation behavior would influence on career satisfaction. For this study, 308 students in G university completed surveys and it was analyzed by structural equation model analysis. The results of this study showed as follows. First, positive affect influenced on social support. Second, positive affect and social support influenced on career decision-making self-efficacy. Third, social support and career decision-making self-efficacy influenced on outcome expectancy. Fourth, career decision-making self-efficacy influenced on career preparation behavior. Lastly, career decision-making self-efficacy career preparation behavior influenced on career satisfaction. However, social support, outcome expectancy did not have a significant influence on career preparation behavior. Additionally, positive affect, social support and outcome expectancy did not have a significant influence on career satisfaction. From these results, we recommended some effective solutions of career guidance and counseling. Shortly, this study explored that emotional, environmental and cognitive factors influenced on the behaviors and emotions of university students in the career choice and career preparation process.
