Fine blanking is a process of press shearing which makes it possible to produce the thick sheet metal of the finished surface and the close dimensional accuracy. In this paper, a nozzle vane of VGT(variable geometry turbocharger) for automotive is manufactured by FCF(flow Control Forming) method using progressive die. Main processes for manufacturing of the nozzle vane by FCF method are forming, I st and 2<SUP>nd</SUP> restriking. Formability and dimensional accuracy of nozzle vane have been investigated by FE-analysis. As a result of FE-analysis, the force of forming, I st and 2ndrestriking die were 41 ton, 35.9ton and 2.37ton, respectively. Blade and shaft part were formed with close dimensional accuracy. Unfiiling average height of shoulder part was 0.13㎜.
