임종간호수행 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 중요도와 수행도 분석 (IPA 분석)- 요양병원 종사자를 중심으로 = The Importance and Performance Analysis for the Development of Endurance Nursing Education Program (IPA Analysis)- Focusing on Convalescent Hospital Workers

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was performed to investigate the importance and performance of end-of-life nursing performed targeting convalescent hospital workers and to utilize the data as a basis data for providing the end-of-life nursing education program. The data collection was conducted by 113 convalescent hospital workers who received for certification of medical institutions in C city. The research instruments used the 4-point likert scale of 21 items was used for Park & Choi's end-of-life nursing performance tool modified by Jung. The characteristics of the subjects were analyzed by descriptive statistics(frequency, the average, standard deviation). The gaps between the importance and performance of end-of-life nursing practice were analyzed by paired t-test and IPA matrix. The areas that need to be maintained and strengthened were the 'physical area' and the 'physiological area'. The 'spiritual area' appeared to be an area where further efforts were not needed and needs to be improved in the future. It is necessary to construct contents focusing on 'physical area' and 'physiological area' for the purpose of establishing a training program for end-of-life nursing care for the convalescent hospital workers.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 요양병원 근무자를 대상으로 임종간호수행의 중요도와 수행도를 파악하여 임종간호수행 교육프로그램을 마련하기 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 시행되었다. 자료수집은 C시에 소재한 의료기관평가인증을 받은 요양병원 근무자 113명을 대상으로 표집하였다. 연구도구는 Park의 임종간호수행 도구를 Jung이 수정·보완한 21문항의 4점 likert 척도를 사용하였다. 대상자의 특성은 서술통계로 분석하였고, 임종간호수행 중요도와 수행도의 상호차이(Gap)는 paired t-test로 분석하였다. 상호차이 결과분석은 IPA Matrix로 분석하였다. IPA Matrix를 분석한 결과, 계속 유지·강화해야 할 부분은 ‘신체적 영역’과 ‘생리적 영역’이었으며, ‘영적 영역’은 더 이상의 노력 투입이 불필요하며 앞으로 개선을 요하는 영역으로 나타났다. 요양병원 종사자를 위한 임종간호수행 교육프로그램 구성시 실질적으로 요양병원 근무시 활용할 수 있도록 ‘신체적 영역’과 ‘생리적 영역’에 중점을 둔 내용 구성이 필요하며, 집중개선 영역의 수정전략과 유지·강화영역의 강화 관리 전략 수립이 필요하다.
