In this study, we wanted to look at the effect of parenting teachers ' emotional labor and mental workload on organizational engagement. To find out this purpose, a survey was conducted of 358 child care teachers in the area of J. The data collected for the analysis of the study were based on the SPSS WIN 22.0 program, Pearson's correlation analysis was performed to measure correlation between variables, and multiple regression analyses were performed to measure influence. The main findings of this study are summarized as follows. First, the analysis of the correlation between emotional labor and organizational engagement of child care teachers showed that there is a significant static correlation between variables of child care teachers ' emotional labor and organizational immersion, and the inner behavior, which is a subordinate factor of the teacher's emotional labor, was found to be a correlation between emotional engagement, continuous immersion, and normative flow among the sub-causer of the organizational engagement. An analysis of the correlation between the psychology of teachers and organizational immersion in child care shows that there is a significant correlation between good and bad luck. The emotional depletion, dehumanization, and reduced achievement, which are lower factors in teacher psychology, are found to be related to emotional immersion, continuous immersion, normative flow among sub-caters. Second, after analyzing the influence of teachers on emotional labor and psychological immersion in the organization, emotional labor and psychological well-being are found to have a significant impact on organizational immersion. The influence of emotional labor and mental workload on organizational flow was 30.8 %, which showed that the sub-causing of emotional labor, physical behavior, and emotional depletion, which are the sub-causer of emotional labor, significantly affect organizational immersion, and that the relative influence of these factors was internal, emotional depletion, and superficial behavior. Based on these research results, we have examined how emotional labor and mental workload of child care teachers affect organizational immersion, and based on this, we hope to find practical measures such as the establishment of institutional settlements and improvement of working environment, such as development of programs at child care sites to reduce psychological exhaustion of child care teachers.
