특수교육지원센터에서 통합교육을 지원하는 특수교사의 지원 역할에 대한 중요도 및 실행 수준 인식 = Importance and Performance Level of the Support Role of Special teachers Supporting Inclusive Education at the Special Education Support Center

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 특수교육지원센터에서 통합교육을 지원하는 특수교사의 지원 역할에 대한 중요도 및 실행 수준의 인식을 알아보고 운영 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 전국의 특수교육지원센터에서 통합교육을 지원하는 특수교사 84명을 대상으로 온라인 및 원격으로 설문을 수집하였다. 특수교육지원센터에서 통합교육을 지원하는 특수교사의 중요도와 실행도에 관한 인식 수준 차이를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 통합교육 지원 역할에 대한 중요성을 인식시키고 구체적인 지원 역할에 대한 지침을 마련하여 지원할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 저경력 교사와 고경력 교사를 대상 통합교육 지원 프로그램을 다양화하여 제시할 필요가 있고, 유치원 및 초등학교 통합학급교사대상 통합교육 교육(연수)의 실시로 통합교육 전반에 대한 중요성을 인식하도록 할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 특수교사의 지원 역할에 대한 실행 수준을 높이기 위해서 특수교사들이 특수교육지원센터에서 근무할 수 있는 기간 연장을 통해 전문성을 발휘할 수 있는 여건을 조성할 필요가 있다. 그리고 특수교사와 통합학급 교사 간 긴밀한 협력이 잘 이루어 질수 있는 지원 역할을 통하여 특수교사의 역할에 대한 실행 수준을 더 높일 수 있게 해야 한다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 특수교육지원센터에서 통합교육을 지원하는 특수교사의 지원 역할에 대한 중요도 및 실행 수준에 대해 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to find out the awareness of the importance and performance level of the support role of special teacher who support inclusived education at special education support centers and to suggest operational plans. Surveys were collected online and remotely from 84 special education teachers who support inclusive education at special education support centers across the country. Differences in the level of awareness regarding the importance and performance of special teacher who support inclusive education at the special education support center were analyzed. Research results: First, there is a need to recognize the importance of the support role of special teacher and prepare and support guidelines for specific support roles. Second, there is a need to diversify and present inclusived education support programs for low- and highly-experienced teachers, and to recognize the importance of inclusive education as a whole by implementing inclusive education education (training) for kindergarten and elementary school teachers. Needs to be. Third, in order to increase the level of performance of the support role of special teacher, it is necessary to create conditions in which special teachers can demonstrate their expertise by extending the period during which they can work at special education support centers. In addition, the level of performance of the role of the special teacher should be further improved through a support role that enables close cooperation between the special teacher and the inclusive classroom teacher. Based on the above results, the importance and performance level of the support role of special teacher was discussed.
