아침식사용 조리도구 디자인 개발에 관한 연구 : 중국 독신자를 중심으로 = A study on cooker design for breakfast:Focused on chinese single

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현대사회의 급격한 변화는 우리의 삶에 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 개인의 가치관, 경제력 증가, 급격한 인구이동 등의 변화는 우리의 삶에 큰 영향을 끼치고 있다. 이러한 변화로 인해 기존의 가족주의는 점차 해체되고 새로운 사회계층이 등장하여 새로운 라이프스타일을 구축하고 있으며 그 영역이 점점 넓어지고 있다.
독신가구의 급격한 증가로 기존 독신자의 부정적인 이미지를 탈피하여 새로운 사회계층으로 자리 잡게 되었다. 이들은 탄탄한 경제력과 소비성향을 바탕으로 소비시장의 큰 축을 담당하게 되었고, 개인주의적 성향과 활발한 사이버 활동으로 인간관계와 문화의 변화를 가져왔다.
이는 전 세계적인 현상으로 선진국 일수록 더욱 뚜렷한 변화를 확인 할 수 있다. 중국의 경우도 마찬가지로 최근 독신자가 급증하고 있으며 여기에 따른 독신자용 제품시장도 크게 확대되어 증가하고 있다. 하지만 중국 독신자용 제품시장은 다른 선진국에 비해 후발주자이며 아직까지는 독신자의 라이프스타일이 적극적으로 반영되지 못하고 있는 실정이다.
본 연구에서는 중국 독신자의 라이프스타일 중 식생활에 관한 부분을 중점적으로 분석하였다. 대부분 독신자들은 식생활 중 아침을 거른다거나 영양성분을 고려하지 않는 간편한 음식을 섭취하는 아침식사에 문제점을 안고 있었으며 이는 산업화로 인한 바쁜 도시생활이 근본적 원인으로 보여 진다. 연구내용으로는 독신자들의 여러 가지 식생활 환경과 식습관을 중심으로 문제점을 파악하여 이들의 식습관 성향과 기호를 토대로 한 조리도구 개념을 새롭게 분석해서 독신자의 식습관을 도울 수 있는 조리도구를 연구 함으로써 독신자의 주거환경과 감성적 소통을 고려한 디자인을 제안하고자 한다.
1장에서는 본 논문의 연구배경과 목적 그리고 연구 범위 및 방법에 대해 서술 하였으며, 2장은 중국 식생활 문화에 대한 고찰로써 중국 식생활의 기원과 조리법, 조리도구에 대한 문헌조사와 함께 아침식사 종류와 조리도구에 관해 서술 하였다.
3장에서는 독신자의 라이프스타일에 대한 고찰로써 개념 및 유형과 특징을 문헌조사를 통해 서술하며 특히, 설문조사를 통해 독신자의 식생활 실태를 분석하여 문제점을 도출하였다.
4장은 중국 독신자용 조리도구의 범위와 종류, 유형 및 특징을 조사하고 제품별 기능 및 디자인 분석을 통해 현재 독신자용 제품의 추세를 파악하고 요구되는 기능이나 특성을 분석하였다.
5장 중국 독신자 아침식사용 조리도구 디자인 제안에서는 중국 독신자의 식문화와 요구되는 기능에 대한 설문조사를 통해 중국 독신자의 니즈(Needs)에 부합하는 디자인 방향을 제안하였다.
마지막으로 6장에서는 본 연구의 요약과 함께 앞서 제안한 디자인 방향을 바탕으로 5가지의 새로운 조리도구를 제안함으로써 독신자의 소비 형태 변화에 대응하는 주방용품디자인 개발에 도움을 주고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In Rapid changes of modern society, we have brought many changes in our life. Rapid change such as individual's values, economic growth, population movements are greatly affecting on our lives. Through this change, existing familism is gradually dismantling, a new social layer are emerging, building a new lifestyle, and the range is getting increasingly wide.
A sharp increase in single person households made that new social layer break away from their existing negative image and enabled them to be a new social class. Based on their solid economic and consump -tion patterns, these have been in charge of the big axis of the con- sumer market, also their selfish tendencies and active in cyber-activities have led to a change of human relationship and culture.
This is a global phenomenon in which you can find its more apparent changes in the developed countries. Likewise, recently in China, single men and women have not only been increasing, but the product market for them has also greatly magnified. However, the China market for single people is a late runner compared to other developed countries, yet it hasn't actively reflected their life style.
This study is analysis focused on the lifestyle of singles in China on the part of eating habits. Most of single people have had problem of skipping breakfast or eating easy-to-eat breakfast without considering nutrition, which seems to result from the busy city life caused by industrialization. The study will proceed as follows: figuring out problems from several diet environment of eating life and style of single people, newly analyzing the concept of cookers based on their flavor and eating style, developing cookers able to help their eating habit, then proposing the design considering residential environment and emotional communication of the single people.
Chapter 1 describes the background, the purpose, the range, and methods of this study.
Chapter 2 is the inquiry about Chinese food culture. The chapter describes the origin of Chinese food, its recipes, the literature research how to cook, breakfast type and cooking cooker.
Chapter 3 is the inquiry about the lifestyle of singles, in which it will be described the concept, type and characteristics through the literature research. In particular, through the individual surveys, we drew the problems by analyzing the eating habit of single people.
In Chapter 4, we researched the ranges, types and features of cooker products for single people in China. Through analyzing function and design of the products, we got the measure of the contemporary trend of products for single people and analyze people unnecessary function and features the products were required.
In Chapter 5, the proposal of design of cooker products for breakfast of single people in China, we proposed the direction of the design that corresponds to the needs of single people in China by conducting the survey about eating culture of Chinese single people and its needed functions.
Finally, in Section 6, with a summary of this study, we propose the design of new five cookers, with a sum design direction suggested. Based on this result, it helps the design of kitchen appliances to respond of changing consumption pattern.
